Reed Middle School student, Miss Kamille Williams, received the prestigious Triple C Award, issued by New York State Attorney General Latitia James. Miss Williams was recommended for the Triple C Award by Dr. McLeod because she has been a Health Ambassador role model, and has displayed outstanding character and dedication to achieving academic excellence, particularly during the pandemic. Reed Middle School Principal Dr. Tracy Hudson noted that Miss Williams demonstrates dedication and commitment, and underscored that she exemplifies COURAGE, CHARACTER and COMMITMENT - the three traits that define the Attorney General's Triple C Award. On behalf of the Central Islip Board of Education, Administration, Faculty and Staff, Superintendent of Schools Ms. Sharon A. Dungee congratulated Miss Williams on this remarkable achievement.
