Parent Square Support

If you need any technical support, assistance, training or help with combining a personal account with your district account please start a support session with Parent Square Support.

Visit the District Portal and click the Parent Square MyApps Shortcut

1. Use "Log in with Microsoft" if prompted and login with your district email address and password.
2. Click the Question Mark in the upper right corner.
3. Select one of the three support options
   1. Email (this opens a standard help ticket with Parent Square Support)
   2. Chat (this will open a chat session with Parent Square Support)
   3. Call Us (this will open a phone support session with Parent Square Support
