Why Students Can't See Calendar Events in ParentSquare (and How to Fix It)
By default, calendar events created in ParentSquare are only visible to parents and staff — not students. Currently, there’s no setting to make students see calendar events automatically.
Workaround for Teachers
If you want students to see a calendar event, follow these steps:

Create the calendar event as usual.

After saving, edit the event.

In the "Who should see this?" field, manually add students.

Save your changes.
Once students are added, they’ll be able to view the event in their calendars.
Parent Square know this isn’t ideal and apologizes for the extra step. An enhancement request has already been submitted, and Parent Square hopes to improve this in a future update.
