My Apps Customizations

Here is how you can create a custom collection of apps where you can add your most frequently used apps. NOTE: only YOU will see this collection of apps.  There is no way to share your collection with others. 

Here are the step-by-step instructions to create a new collection:

1. Sign in to the My Apps portal.  Click Login on the top of any page on our district website.
2. Click and Initiate collection creation: In the top-right corner of the portal, click the "Create collection" button. 
3. Name your collection: A field will appear to enter a name for your new collection. Type a descriptive name. 
4. Add applications: Click the "+ Add apps" button to open a list of available applications. 
5. Select apps: Check the box next to each application you want to include in your custom collection. 
6. Confirm app selection: After selecting all the desired apps, click the "Add" button to confirm your selections. 
7. Finalize creation: Review the apps listed for the collection, and then click "Create collection" to save and finalize your new custom collection. 

Your new custom collection will now appear in your app portal, allowing you to easily access and organize your frequently used applications.  You can drag and drop your personal collection to the top of the page.

Here are the Step-by-step instructions to EDIT (Add/Remove Apps):

1. Sign in to the MyApps portal. Click Login on the top of any page on our district website.
2. Locate: the custom collection you want to edit on the home page. 
3. Open: the collection's menu (usually a three-dot or waffle icon). 
4. Select "Edit": from the menu that appears. 
5. Make your changes: in the edit pane:
   • To rename: Click on the collection's name to edit it. 
   • To add apps: Use the "Add" button or a similar option to browse or search for apps, then select the ones you want to add. 
   • To remove apps: Click the "x" or "remove" icon next to the app you no longer want in the collection. 
6. Save: your changes by clicking the "Save" button. 

You can also always click “Apps” to see All Apps.
