Reed 7th Grade Wows with Musical Talent
The Reed Middle School music department showcased its choral and band ensembles during its annual spring concert.
Mrs. Kirssi Strigaro’s seventh-grade chorus filled the risers and performed four selections: Hold On, Fire and Ice, When I Grow Up, and Everybody.
The seventh-grade band, led by Mrs. Jami Nydegger, followed with five selections highlighted by the premiere of Speed Dial (Oohlala), composed by Reed seventh-grade band student Justin Magana. The students also performed Darklands March, Zeal, Crazy for Cartoons, and Espresso.
