Password Help

Please review the documents below for Faculty and Staff to reset their password (including forgotten, lost, expired, or locked out) at anytime.  If you have not yet set your secondary device to self administer a password reset you will need to call the helpdesk at 516-588-4888 option 4 during school hours.  There are no other options for faculty or staff to reset a password. 

Password Reset Options:
1) Self-Service Password reset using instructions below (Must pre-register prior to needing to reset a password)
2) Call the helpdesk during business hours at 516-488-5888 Option 4.

If you are locked out of your account outside of business hours and you did not register for Password Reset Self-Service you will not be able to access your account until the next business day when you can call the helpdesk. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED all faculty and staff set-up their own password self-service ASAP to avoid any delay in account access. 

POWERSCHOOL/POWERTEACHER: These can only be reset through the testing and assessment office. Please contact them directly for assistance.  The district technicians do not have access or ability to reset powerschool/powerteacher passwords.

WINCAPWEB:  This can only be reset through the accounting office. Please contact them directly for assistance.  The district technicians do not have access or ability to reset WinCapWeb passwords.

ALL OTHER ACCOUNTS:  See below and if you cannot reset your password following the instructions below you must call the helpdesk during business hours at 516-488-5888 option 4.
