Re: Lunch Menus

The School Lunch Department is experiencing disruptions to the supply chain. Under the circumstances, we will do our best to follow the daily menu published at the beginning of each month, however, there will be unexpected changes weekly.
We encourage all to check the CI website for daily changes, or we recommend you download the mobile app. For your convenience, instructions for downloading the app can be found on the Central Islip website - School Lunch page.

Thank you for your support and understanding,

Sincerely,

Paul Carlozzo
School Nutrition Director

We will celebrate Homecoming 2021 next week! Each of the schools has also been invited to march in our Homecoming Parade! The entire community is welcome to participate on Saturday, October 23, during the annual Homecoming Parade and game. At 12:00 pm. The procession will begin at "Checkers" on Wheeler and proceed north toward the High School football field. Hope to see you there!

Students at O'Neill Elementary School Take Part in Fire Safety Month!

Education about fire safety can save children's lives, as has been demonstrated time and time again.

Children who learned about fire safety and practiced it in an emergency have saved countless lives. When a fire breaks out, well-informed children are better able to "hold their cool" because they know what to do.

Educating children on how to help prevent fires is crucial as well. Your children can help keep your house safe from fire by becoming familiar with the dangers of fire.
