Reed Technology Students Program Lights

Students in Mr. Joe Cornell's technology class at Reed Middle School gave presentations on the recent project they completed using a computer software platform called WLED, a mobile app that controls coding for LED strips.

They were able to customize a full light show on a wooden board covered in strips.

Each pair of students were asked to choose a song and begin choosing certain movements and patterns over a two-week period.
