O'Neill Chorus, Band Perform Spring Selections

O'Neill Elementary School began the second week of the Central Islip School District spring concert series with a myriad of performances by its chorus and band students.

The night kicked off with Ms. Michele Scala's fourth grade chorus who performed The Kazoo Koncerto, Music Changes the World, and Can't Stop the Feeling.

Mr. David Albani welcomed his fourth grade band to the stage and conducted Hot Cross Buns, Lightly Row, and A Mozart Melody.

The fifth and sixth grade chorus subsequently filled the risers and brought the magic and sang I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing, Be A Light, This Land is Your Land/America the Beautiful, and Reach Out I'll Be There.

To close the evening, Mr. Albani's fifth and sixth grade band students played Anasazi, Gentle Winds, Samba la Bamba, and Theme from Jurassic Park.
