Kindness Train Travels Through O'Neill

O'Neill Elementary School's kindergarteners proudly marched through the building as part of their Kindness Parade in honor of Black History Month.

Each student wore decorations such as “I Am Brave Like…,” “I Am Strong Like…,” or “I’m Inspired By…” and chose an African American historical figure they felt represented those qualities.

On the other side, each student included relevant facts or further information about the person to display to all students who were camped out in the hallways cheering them on.
