Kerry McCoy, Long Island wrestling legend, Visits Central Islip
Kerry R. McCoy - a 2x Olympian, 3x NCAA All-American, 2x national champion and Longwood High School alumnus - returned to Long Island to donate over 50 pairs of wrestling shoes to the Central Islip High School wrestling program.
McCoy, who currently lives in Lehigh Valley, Pa., spoke to the team about drive, determination and always giving your best effort on the wrestling mat and classroom.
He helped donate shoes in partnership with KD Training Center, an elite wrestling club in the tri-state area.
