Cordello Ends February with Black History Month Assembly
Cordello Elementary School closed out the centennial celebration of Black History Month and hosted a remarkable assembly on Friday morning.
A handful of Cordello students played instruments and acted as Black historical figures in front of their peers.
Guest performances followed by two Central Islip alumni hip-hop dancers, CI Baila, and Mr. Kevin Pyle's high school jazz ensemble.
