The Central Islip School District was strongly represented this morning!
Chris Carlozzo, LMSW, was invited to speak at Island Harvest’s “Stamp Out Hunger” kickoff event on Wednesday, April 23, at the organization’s headquarters in Melville.
Mr. Carlozzo spoke about the meaningful impact Island Harvest has had on many of our families and expressed gratitude to the organization’s leadership for their continued support.
Stamp Out Hunger 2025 is a community-driven initiative led by Island Harvest to help end hunger for families across Long Island. On Saturday, May 10, residents are encouraged to leave non-perishable food items by their mailboxes for collection by the U.S. Postal Service.
