Let it Grow! Alfano ESY Enjoys Nature Farm Activity

The Alfano ESY students were able to soak up the sun today.

Ms. Luana Halili from Think Wellness NY stopped by to deliver another engaging assembly for the program.

Today's activity was focused on learning how bees pollinate flowers to receive food. 

With the help of teachers and Ms. Halili, each student was given a bowl to scoop up soil and mix with seeds to create a "wildflower seed bomb." 

All students will be able to take it home and apply the knowledge they learned today by giving the soil sunlight, water and love.
