Alumni Committee Hosts 'Presenting the Perfect You' Workshop for High School Seniors

As high school seniors prepare for scholarship, college and job interviews, the Board of Education's 'Alumni Committee' has scheduled a special workshop designed to assist students to put forward their best presentations. The workshop: "Presenting the Perfect You" will be in the Central Islip High School Library on April 11 at 5:30 p.m. to 9:00pm. This workshop will focus on sharpening interviewing skills for scholarship opportunities, college entries, and job applications Students' resumes will also be reviewed. High School Seniors will be offered tips on how to most effectively navigate through these processes and are encouraged to attend "Presenting the Perfect You" workshop. After the workshop, seniors will be prepared to make their best presentation which will put them on a competitive edge to successfully pursue their goals beyond high school. Parents are welcome to attend.
